BRIDGE is a European Commission initiative which unites Horizon 2020 Smart Grid, Energy Storage, Islands, and Digitalisation Projects to create a structured view of cross-cutting issues which are encountered in the demonstration projects and may constitute an obstacle to innovation.
The ISLANDER project consortium participated to the (virtual) BRIDGE 2021 General Assembly meetings that took place on March 3rd and March 4th, 2021, together with numerous other projects that are related to ISLANDER. Kostas Komninos from DAFNI and Emiliano Mesa Arenas from AYESA presented ISLANDER to the General Assembly participants.
Further, all project partners participated and contributed to the working groups on issues that are common to the BRIDGE projects:
o Regulation
o Data management
o Business Models
o Consumer and Citizen Engagement
We are eager to continue the collaboration on these issues and within the BRIDGE initiative!
